Coming to you once again with all the latest happenings for a Londoner on the Social Web.
Red Nose Day 2009

Harry Hill introduces Red Nose Day on Facebook
I’ve been checking out the Red Nose Day fan page this week which is full of fun. It even has Harry Hill as the dedicated Facebook host which is pretty cool. Comic Relief are using social networks to make Red Nose Day last for 44 days rather than just one, to hopefully raise more money this year than in 2007.
LOL Cats

Another lolcat
Not strictly social but becoming a web phenomenon all the same: the lolcats site displays funny pictures of kittens and cats in an ever updating stream. I even showed off a few of the snaps in a recent business presentation on 5 things you wish you knew about Facebook Connect. Now, where is LMAO Cats that’s what I want to know…
Facebook Fan Page Competition

Friends enjoy a picnic in Battersea Park
As a work challenge we’ve each got to create a Facebook fan page and see who can get the most fans by March 1st. I think I’m winning as my Hyde Park and Regents Park fan pages are currently beating colleague Steve‘s Pipe Cleaners one. If you’re on Facebook, be a dear and fan my personal favourite London park in Battersea, you might even help me win that bottle of Nudge Champagne.

Have a social week!
